Insecure has a lot of definitions but it is most commonly associated with people. Many teenagers, such as I are insecure. We worry about our weight, our appearance, our ability's. They hold you back and try to change you. No matter how hard you try you always seem to find your flaws, your insecurity's. If you find even one good thing about yourself hold on to it. That one thing will help you through a lot. No matter how bad things look hold on to that one thing and Learn to Love the Little Things.
